The book opens with an unpublished letter from DONALD E. KEYHOE to EX-PRESIDENT TRUMAN in February of 1959. Additional material sent to Truman (in appendix) includes statements on UFOs from WILLIAM LEAR, SEN. BARRY GOLDWATER, HERMAN OBERTH, DR. CARL JUNG and others. Also listed are over 140 credible individuals who have seen UFOs as of 1954. This chapter also includes the details of a contact the author made with PRESIDENT TRUMAN. Retired Army Colonel PHILIP CORSO and his revelations that there was a Plains crash is discussed.
